Emerging Leaders
- a leadership development program for high potential women leaders
This year-long program offered by Central Exchange and presented by Right Management, develops leadership capabilities by building on personal strengths and developing and implementing a plan to fill gaps and take participants to the next level in their careers. Each session focuses on a different leadership competency and includes group and facilitated discussions and practical strategies to apply in your own organization.
The 2011-2012 program begins in September and meets monthly on the first Thursday of the month from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Enrollment is limited.
