win|win is a campaign, spearheaded by The Central Exchange, to increase gender diversity at the top of Kansas City region companies. With the goal of "20 x 15"  (20% of board and executive positions held by women by 2015), win|win will help stimulate a stronger, more vibrant business community.

Multiple studies support the strong business case that gender diversity at top levels is correlated with stronger financial results.

win|win is a distinctive campaign created to ultimately grow Kansas City business. A range of win|win products, services and activities will help educate, change perceptions and create a sense of purpose among supporters.

The win|win Accord

The Central Exchange is approaching companies and organizations in the Kansas City region for support. When a company signs The win|win Accord, the company agrees to:

  1. Publicly support The win|win Campaign
  2. Actively promote a work environment that supports the development and advancement of women.
  3. Share best practices to contribute to the business community’s knowledge base for advancing women into top roles.
